I had the worst experience there, Dentist Dominique was very rude to my daughter because she was scared. Don't go there they are very rude to kids. The rest of the staff was awesome, but he needs a new career. # whereisDr.Lott#
Never take your child here! We had a terrible experience all around, but worst of all they told me my son had 4 cavities when he actually didn't. They balked when I asked them to show me, and the whole thing seemed fishy to me. I took them to another dentist who confirmed that he only has one, and it's so small they recommended waiting for his next cleaning in 6 months. This fraud of a dentist told me he had 4 that were severe enough that it needed to be done asap, and said they were "huge fans" of anesthesia for this. These people were actually willing to put my son under for cavities that he didn't even have.
Horrible atmosphere. Unusually long wait times with 5 chairs in waiting area and everybody else has to sit on the floor and stairs inside office.
Not worth time or money for braces. After suggesting my son needed braces and paying in full I receive a letter in the mail that I would have to take him to the Atlanta office or find him a new Orthadontist. And after agreement to do so they can't see him for 2 more months. Lesson learned find a Orthadontist that is going to be there after collecting payment. Not really worth a star.
