My experience here was completely positive.
I was on the road, in need of a spur-of-the-moment rental, and Hertz Greensboro came through for me. There's not much to say, other than that everything was great. Not only was I able to get a good, reasonably price car literally within an hour after booking, but the rental process went perfectly, and the Hertz staff were helpful, thorough, and friendly. The car itself was flawless, as was returning it, and I came away from the transaction feeling every bit the satisfied customer. Consider this an A+ rating, on my part.
I'm really grateful for this outfit and its staff, who provided for me in my time of need (and on short notice, no less). Keep it up, everyone! :-)
